busan.com.ua is an independent travel guide. We are not a hotel or a booking service: reservations are made on partner websites, which handle your booking under their own policies.
2. What we collect
When you send a message through our forms, we store the name, email address, subject and message you enter, together with the page language, the page the form was on and your IP address.
3. How we use it
To answer your message and to keep spam out. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. Who processes it
Messages are stored by this service and, where configured, forwarded to our team by email and to our team chat. The forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions.
5. Partner links
Booking links take you to our booking partner’s website. We never collect payment details. What you share on a partner site is handled under that site’s policy; the affiliate identifier in our links carries no personal data.
6. Analytics and browser storage
If enabled for this site, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may collect information about page visits. The stay dates you pick are kept in your browser for this session only, so they can be added to booking links.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us through the contact page, and please do not include payment details in your message.
8. Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
