“The location is nice. The hotel is far from the Haeundae station 5-10 mins walk, also close to convenient stores. It is pretty clean and spacy. Good wifi, with spa available. Free bottles of water at the reception. Breakfast is not bad and has many menu.” 不满意之处： The bathroom floor is easy to be slippery when wet. The position of the bathroom sink is weird. I cannot use it when the bathroom door opened. No hanger in the bathroom. I got the twin beds, where the gap space is too narrow. The bed platforms are rectangular and sharp. It is easy to hurt your legs.

“The atmosphere of the rooms was a nice touch. We stayed in the big suite - it had a bathtub on a private patio which was really nice. The room was spacious. We ended up having the hotel breakfast - there was both Korean and Western food options. There was a hotel incident when we went to check-in and I felt that the staff/manager handled the unfortunate situation very professionally. I was very happy with our stay and would stay there again.”

“Amazing location close to the beach and very nice and spacious room. Spa is small but does the job of relaxing after a long day or night out.” 不满意之处： My room had some damaged fixtures, including the card holder by the entrance and a towel rack in the bathroom. That did not give a good impression.

“The traditional Korean style rooms were beautiful. Access to the sauna at any time was a plus as well. Location was really great to explore the Haeundae area, and only few minutes walk to the beach.”

“The room was generally clean. Theres free sauna but I didnt get to use it. A fair 10mins walk to haeundae stn.” 不满意之处： The rooms were located in different blocks and to go to blossom, you have to plug your luggage up some stairs. No security box in room and no ironing board on demand.

“I loved the spacious room, the roof terrace, the jacuzzi outside and the modern design. The breakfast was good, with a relatively good variation. The staff was friendly, despite some language issues.” 不满意之处： We were told we could check in at 3PM, but when we arrived at nearly 5PM our room was still not ready. Once we were given the keys, the room was not properly cleaned from the previous guests - there were stains on the furniture, hair in the shower etc. Further, there were some wall and ceiling panels that were loose or missing, revealing the electrical connections behind, as well as a broken window shade. It almost seemed like someone had been doing maintenance but not completed their job. Upon informing the front desk of this, they were apologetic, and sent someone to fix it the next day, but didn't offer any sort of compensation until I asked, only then were we given a coupon for a free breakfast.
Also, although relatively new, the building and decor were already showing signs of wear. For instance, there were scuff marks and broken decor in the hallway, the bathtub in our room had small pieces of silicon seal coming loose, etc. I think the property needs to increase their maintenance budget so that they can stay on top of these things before they get to this point.
