Billy Hostel

“I had a pleasant stay at Billy Hotel. The location was convenient, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was simple, with clear instructions. The hotel is basic but practical, making it a good choice for a short stay. I also found the price reasonable for the overall quality and location. Everything I needed was available, and I was satisfied with my experience. I would gladly stay at Billy Hotel again on my next trip and recommend it to travelers looking for clean, convenient, and affordable accommodation.”

“Quite cozy place, newly refurbished house, within walking distance from the Books street, Gukje marketing and BIFF area (10-15’). Calm surroundings and quite a few good restaurants nearby.” 不满意之处： The area is a bit dirty around, obviously through reconstruction (half finished houses or abandoned buildings).

“The bedroom” 不满意之处： The pungent smell of the bathroom

“It was very cheap and close to downtown” 不满意之处： They booked the room twice. A stranger knocked on the bedroom door, woke me up, talked to me and then took the unoccupied bunk. (He wasn't mad about the situation) The heating didn't work for the room and there was no warm water.

“Nice place, well equipped, very reactive staff.” 不满意之处： Some small details on the cleaning were missed by the cleaning team.

不满意之处： No one working at the reception desk, no one is on site for questions or help. Manager wants to communicate outside of booking.com, asks for screenshots of the booking, I edited the PIN out. Then our check out time was supposedly 1AM according to the manager, however nowhere in the booking process was I able to see or edit the check out time. The manager insisted he would change it and therefore would give us a free room upgrade. We had originally booked a two bedroom and then received a very tiny one bedroom, that’s not considered an upgrade. No room service was provided. We were 4 people and only received four small towels and had to reuse them. Besides that none of the official photos matched our room. Everything seemed much more outdated and old, absolutely not like the advertised photos.

“Not much to be honest” 不满意之处： The room set up is terrible. Bathrooms are so small even my kids couldn’t fit in.

“There's a bath tub. It's convenient.” 不满意之处： It is not suitable for senior citizens or people who are a bit clumsy as the house design is quite bad. Especially the toilet at ground floor. Water leaks, you have to sit to shower and duck to go in the toilet. From 2nd floor 3rd floor, it is without handrail. The double decker bed is just too cramp. People sleeping top deck will need to be kids or be able to climb up and down and crawl about. There's quite a lot hazard. Lastly and the most important point, hot shower should be turned on at all times. My parents showered in cold shower at 5 degrees.

“no breakfast” 不满意之处： bunk beds

“That accommodates big groups, but there s nothing else” 不满意之处： Very tiny, pics are made to look huge, it s fake, the shower provided down was terrible small, couldn t even stand there, place was not clean at all, we had a bad time even it was a one night.. don t recommend at all!
