Brand New Residence with Family

“Great location. Wonderful hosts. Clean and comfortable.”

“Location is near to BIFF” 不满意之处： Room is too small to 3 persons

“Comfortable and clean. Well laid out room with 2 twin beds, washer, and nice bathroom. Short metro ride to and from Busan station, and easy to store luggage after check-out.”

“Comfortable bed Really good amenities Localization” 不满意之处： Contact with the facility was difficult, it could be cleaned better. Low water pressure in the shower. The check-in time on booking shows that I can check in at 3 p.m., but in the message from the property it says I can check in only from 4 p.m.

“Location was awesome, instructions were clear and host was v responsive and provided all the necessary instructions and pictures for check in which was perfect.” 不满意之处： Need to do some repair to the unit for items that were broken e.g. blinds, shower rack, washing machine

“It is located in the city center where many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The spacious fridge and freezer were nice.” 不满意之处： We’ve requested a baby crib of specific type (not for the newborn but for the baby who can stand up and crawl) well in advance of our stay. The representative has confirmed that we would have a crib ready. However, when we checked in there was no crib in the room. We contacted the property and the lady told us to go get it from the storage room on our own. The storage room had no lights on so we had to use our flashlights to search. There were two newborn baby cribs but no crib for our baby (10 months old). The room was too small for four of us. The bathroom sink was clogged so the water drained very slowly as well.

“The location was great- very small and received for short one or two night stays for 2 people. Close To transport and the view lovely Washing Machine helpful however not much space for drying as the rack was broken” 不满意之处： The photo shows facilities including the cooktop and the cupboards are filled with stovetop pots and pans only. The only cooking is the kettle and microwave but no microwave cookware is provided. Shower was tiny and no bath.

“Clean room. Great view” 不满意之处： I had some trouble with the thermostat controls because it is in Korean. Kinda my fault though.

“Clean, well apportioned and nicely located near to BIFF street and Jagalchi market areas with easy access from the airport, metro and buses. Owner was easy to communicate and even helped me recover personal items left behind and delivered them to my forwarding address in Seoul”

“Really clean rooms, very confortable and clean bedsheets. Clean bathroom and a toilet. Very spacious fridge and usefull TV with a lot of entertainment inside. I would definitely book this hotel again visiting Busan next time. Also really close to the city train station so you won't have to carry your luggage all the way through the city. Bonus points for friendly staff and resourceful manager who will contact you before your arrival and during your stay 👍”
