“Great location - off the main street and just a few minutes walk away from the beach, subway and bus stops.
Good communication with host - short reply times and clear instructions.
Facilities were comfortable and clean.
By Korean standards size of facilities was quite good.” 不满意之处： Just one thing to note - apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house, with the 1st floor also being a rental property.

“The whole place was very clean, cozy and well designed. There was excellent communication with the host and we were even able to check in slightly early as the cleaners finished before 4pm. But they do allow you to store you luggage on the upstairs patio area outside the door if you do arrive too early to check in. The patio area is covered and there is a locked gate to get into the yard so you don't need to worry about your bags getting wet or stolen. The location is very convenient with a short walk to Gwangan Station and many buses that can get you anywhere in Busan. The beach is also not far with lots of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Busan.” 不满意之处： Not a negative for us, but it is on the 2nd floor and the stairs up to the entrance are quite steep. So if you have trouble with stairs or have very heavy luggage it is something to be aware of.
