“The check in process was very easy and fast and last minute. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was large and comfortable.”

“A lovely spacious room with a view onto the street and the port behind another hotel. The room was bright and clean, with a comfy bed, two armchairs and a small table. The room had a separate bathroom and toilet, both also clearly separated from the rest of the room. There were a few gratuitous bottles of water in the fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee were also provided. The personnel were kind and helpful, and there was no problem with leaving the luggage for a few hours after the check-out. The hotel was conveniently located within a few minutes' walk from the Nampo subway station” 不满意之处： The main issue was the light in the room. It kept switching off every few minutes in the bathroom area and I had to walk back all the way across the room to switch it on again. The TV set was large, but it would not go into the TV channels, no matter which key I pressed; some instruction of use should have been provided. The room was not cleaned during my stay, and there was not enough space in the bin for all the refuse and plastic bottles. There was a lift outside the main entrance to the hotel, but it could only be used by disabled people, otherwise one had to drag the luggage up the ten steps or so oneself

“Very spacious room, huge shower with the bath tub. Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and fish market within walking distance. Good value of money.” 不满意之处： The beds were too firm, felt like I was sleeping on the block of concrete.

“Central and close to BIFF square, other tourist attractions and train station. Staff were helpful during check in and out” 不满意之处： The bed were hard like sleeping on the floor. Woke up sore most mornings and the bathroom was really stinky on the first day we arrived which cleared up the following day

“Location.” 不满意之处： The lift out the front of hotel is not working so very hard to get large suitcases up the stairs. If you don't ask at desk for room to be serviced it won't be.

“The room was spacious and the bathroom was good. It was clean. Location was ok and walking distance to Biff Sq and others. Plenty of nearby convenience stalls and close to metro stations as well.” 不满意之处： The beds were extremely hard. There were no bath towels when we arrived and we had to wait to get them. There was an unpleasant smell from the sink which meant you needed to keep the sink plugged.

“Good location close to the Jagalchi fish market and subway. The room was also very large with separate toilet and shower area. The king bed felt bigger than normal! You could also open the windows if it got too warm in the room (due to the heating). Very cheap price for this room, so I didn’t really mind about the negative aspects!” 不满意之处： The bed was literally as hard as a rock! It was weird at first but then I was sort of used to it by my second night. I don’t think I could have slept on it for longer than 2 nights, and I wouldn’t recommend staying for a long time. The room and common areas also felt like they hadn’t had a proper deep clean in a while - there was a light layer of dust in come places. I’d say there is a basic level of cleaning that happens, which for a short stay and cheap price is sufficient enough.

“Beautiful view, great location, and a stunning room. The bathroom was amazing, and the bed very comfortable!” 不满意之处： The people in the room upstairs were noisy, which came through the ceiling quite loudly. I was only there for two nights, otherwise I would’ve asked the hotel to speak with them.

“Check-in and check-out were very swift - the staff member was friendly enough. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious, too. The shower was powerful. The pillows were quite soft. Very close to Nampo and Jungang stations on Line 1.” 不满意之处： I didn't particularly like that you have to specifically ask for bins to be emptied/the room to be cleaned. It would be better if you could put a sign on the door saying 'Please make up the room'. In addition, the bathmat was pretty worn out and probably should be replaced. The room in general could do with a bit of a clean.
