“It was like a mini apartment with everything included including laundry” 不满意之处： The shower wasn't designed for westerners. Not having it completely enclosed ment if you wanted to stand it got the floor wet and took a bit to dry.

“Cheap as hell” 不满意之处： During taking shower, water flows on floors. Very uncomfortable..

“Convenient location opposite BEXCO exhibition centering” 不满意之处： Reception staff lady initially blatantly refused to issue a receipt and so did EXPEDIA. I had to enlist a Korean friend to help but got only a non tax status copy. My institution refused to reimburse expenses and customer services did not help. I am still trying to sort these which should not happen if it was a proper hotel. Don’t know what is the tax problem it may have? Also, they don’t allow you to use the washing machine or the electric cooker installed in the room.

“A good conference hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful when they were there.” 不满意之处： No staff until 8am in the morning at the front desk. We had to leave by 6am but there was no one to assist with cabs.

“Good location and east access to subway station.
Comfortable bed and friendly staff.” 不满意之处： The lobby was extremely hot. I guess they did not run A/C. I am wondering how the staff are working in the unpleasant work environment.
There is a problem in the bathroom. There was a sign that water would be leaking while taking a shower. However, water pooled on the bathroom floor, and it was difficult to use the bathroom after taking the shower unless housekeepers come to get rid of water. The shower curtain or shower booth door must be installed.

“Room is new and clean. Very Spacious!” 不满意之处： The toilet can be better. The shower was not that great in the sense that the water doesnt get collected in the tub. Water spills out and wet the floor. There are not curtains or whatever to stop the water flowing and splashing out, cause the whole toilet floor to be wet.
There are not power sockets near the bed
There are not light switch at near the bed

“Location suit for conference goer. It is nearest Bexco centre” 不满意之处： Rooms are very big and comfortable but need to detailed cleaning such as dust on bed frame. Overall very good and all staff from reception and housekeeping are nice and helpful

“The room was big and clean for 3 people. It was extremely quiet and we did not hear any neighbors!” 不满意之处： We experienced the same issue of leaking water from the bathtub/shower as everyone else but it wasn't much of an issue as we didn't take long showers. We placed a towel on the steps to soak up the extra water. However, when we asked the hotel for extra towels, they said that their policy was to only give fresh towels if we allowed them to clean the room. It is a weird and outdated policy as almost everywhere else would give extra towels without question when requested.

“The location is great, the room is also spacious and clean. There is a big fridge and a kitchen where you can cook. I didn’t use that but having a large fridge with a freezer is convenient when your kids want to finish their ice cream tomorrow :)”
