“The room and hotel in general.” 不满意之处： Lack of hospitality and customer attention. Zero help with luggage or anything for that matter. Bath and spa area only for men and with an additional charge. For the price of the room and level of hotel, these facilities should be included. Even the cost of breakfast was overpriced, which we opted out of

“Stunning architecture inside and out. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great size room for 2 people. Excellent water pressure and shower hose , over bath, hand held if needed. Decent time frames for meals. Plenty of on-site car parking.” 不满意之处： Aircon was a bit tricky, not working as well despite using it correctly. No luggage trolleys or staff to assist. Fine if travelling light , in our case we weren't!

“The building was beautiful both inside and out. The staff were very friendly. They let us leave our luggage there when we arrived too early for check in and we were able to explore the area with out heavy bags. Nice bathroom mirrors.” 不满意之处： Not many options for restaurants nearby. If you want to use the pool there is a small fee.

“What a cool hotel. Great place to stay. Very friendly and great staff (other than the bar). Easy check-in. Very comfortable rooms and nice beds. Carpets are a bit dirty, but great view and spacious rooms. Great location to walk to Busan Station, Metro, and restaurants, but it's on a hill, so don't carry your luggage up the hotel (take a taxi). Super fun place to stay at!” 不满意之处： Staff at bar was rather unfriendly and did not match the great overall experience and the rest of the staff.

“So fun staying in the hotel from Crash Landing on You! This hotel looks dated but like it was the fanciest hotel imaginable at the time it was built. Great value and conveniently located for bus travel. Very comfortable and quiet” 不满意之处： No real complaints. The hotel could use some updating, but it's still very nice as is.
