“+ Location
+ Spa & Gym
+ Room Size
+ View
+ cleannes
+ helpful staff” 不满意之处： + box spring bed to old not up to 5 stars standards
+ loud environment, sound of music until 22:00 every day
+ overcrowded family hotel with long elevator waiting time

“Once you stay at the Grand Josun, you can only stay at the Grand Josun after that, sauna swimming pool fitness beds from heaven, clean spacious, air quality, 5-star service, shop atm for eu visa, high quality food right next to the beach !!!” 不满意之处： Not much … I wish I could move there permanently

“A lot to love about this place but the spa is fantastic.”

“During my recent stay at the Grand Josun Busan Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service and top-notch facilities. From the moment I arrived, the staff showcased remarkable professionalism and genuine hospitality, ensuring a warm and seamless check-in process.
The hotel facilities are second to none. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, offering stunning views of the cityscape and the nearby Haeundae Beach. The fitness centre is well-equipped, catering to all workout needs, while the indoor and outdoor pools provide a perfect setting for relaxation.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the attentive and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable.
In summary, the Grand Josun Busan Hotel excels in both customer service and amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan for an exceptional and memorable stay.”

“Great location beachfront near main food & shopping street. Pool & fitness centre high standard”

“Wonderful hotel! Right on the beach, easy access to food, and beautiful sites. Staff was top tier. I needed help with an airline and rental car issue and I explained it to them and they helped me call a local airline and car rental. With the language barrier I was so grateful I would stay here again. Wonderful experience.”

“Location on the beach. Spacious rooms. Public spa. Starbucks for cheaper coffee/breakfast. Bath. Great service. Water in room.” 不满意之处： Breakfast too expensive. Good to have double the amount of coffee capsules in the room. Having 1 decaf & 1 caffeinated isn’t enough to make best use of the machine. Some powdered milk sachets would be good too. Some green tea too.

“Location, pool and sauna, food, free laundry” 不满意之处： Some overpriced services i.e. breakfast, wellness spa
DavideSwitzerland ·
“Everything was perfect. The room, the swimming pool and the employee were so nice” 不满意之处： Maybe the SPA was a bit expensive and the treatment I chose (full body massage & face care) was not as good as I expected.
CynthiaSwitzerland ·
“I really liked the location of the property and appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was.” 不满意之处： One downside is also the location—if your room faces the city view, it can get quite noisy at night due to traffic and motorbike exhaust. To avoid this, I’d recommend paying a bit more to book an ocean-view room, which is much quieter and more relaxing.
