“The entire property would deserved all stars if it was listed as 1 bedroom property. It was clean, stilefull, modern and very nice decorated. The 1 bed was the most comfortable we came accross in South Korea, including the bedding. There was a nice shower, kitchen and view. The location was excellent. Check in and out very smooth. Small details and style very pleasent. Once again, list it as 1 bedroom appartement with an option of creating sleeping for extra and you will reach top rating.” 不满意之处： We specifically booked 2 bedroom appartement. Due to the way we combine travel & work, plus travelling with the teen, we skipped all properties that offers 1 bedroom and sleeping coutch in the living area. Unfortunatelly we god exactly that. Just 1 bedroom. The owner pepared as 2nd bed a futoun that could be ( after rearanging livingroom forniture) instal in the living room on the floor. That does create sleeping space, but it is not making it 2 bedroom appartement. This is not Booking.com filter issue, the owner serms to believe it is correct. It is not. A bedroom is a separete space( by walls) from a living area's. We booked just 1 night, so we adjusted. However, If we were to stay longer, I would request a cancellation or compensation. Once again, if it was corretly advertized as 1 bedroom, i would give the best rating as everything else would deserve it.

“The location is great, but the place is not as advertised at all. I paid a hefty price for a "two bedroom apartment" and "suitable for four adults". It only has one small bedroom and a living room where you had to put a tiny futon mattress. It was clean though and is probably nice for a maximum of two guests.” 不满意之处： The address given in the listing is not the correct one, we spent almost an hour to figure out how to enter the building and in the end the room number did not exist there obviously. In the end we were pointed in the right direction by a concierge (in the wrong building). Then we discovered the room was not as advertised at all: not two bedrooms but only one! The futon mattress was advertised though, but the size was just a joke. It barely fits one adult and definitely not two. The owner was surprised it did not fit two adults and kept insisting it was big enough. After sending him a photo of our two adult boys on it he offered to bring another mattress in the evening. By that time, we were already quite annoyed by the whole situation. In the end the owner agreed to give a full refund if we would leave, which we did. This whole experience completely ruined our stay in Busan since we wasted about an hour for a misleadingly advertised apartment and had to find another place to stay.

“La struttura era in un'ottima posizione, accesso facile e pulizia impeccabile. Ottimo che è presente una lavatrice ed una asciugatrice.”

“광안리 바닷가가 도보 1분 거리라 위치부터 정말 놀랐습니다. 최근 방문한 숙소 중 단연 최고였고, 무엇보다 호스트님의 깔끔한 청결 관리와 따뜻한 친절함이 더욱 인상적이었습니다. 덕분에 처음부터 끝까지 편안하고 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 🥰”
