“The facility was okay.” 不满意之处： The staff at the reception, the day I entered was less than helpful. But in the later days, the lady receptionist was very courteous.

“Excellent location. Easy access for transportation (bus and train). Comfortable distance from the food street and Haeundae beach.” 不满意之处： The male front desk staff during the evening shift is not friendly. Even one of our companion speaks Korean with him. We were politely trying to ask if it is possible to transfer room from Superior Twin to Standard Double. He did not even tried looking if there is available room. He straight away said, no without explaining.

“the room size and the bed was very good and the view in this particular room I was booked in was awsome” 不满意之处： the welcome is a bit strange at the ground floor, this reminds you not to enter a hotel. also not so good was that 50 minutes before 3 PM no room was already available to enter.

“Very close to the beach and restaurants. I liked the atmosphere. Whenever you went out, it was crowded and the restaurants were open. I also like street foods ^^”

“Reception went smooth, the view was as promised, the room was clean and comfortable, as were the bathroom facilities.” 不满意之处： There weren't really any outlets available to plug in the water boiler or to charge electronics. We had to unplug the tv. The walls aren't very soundproof.
