“It was a clean and comfortable stay with all the amenities you might need, walking distance to the metro station.” 不满意之处： The only toilet available was on top floor (11) and the check in was at 4pm. I also didn’t like the area - I wouldn’t stay there again as there isn’t anything much for tourists. If you’re visiting for leisure (any amount of time) I’d base yourself elsewhere.

“Great location, modern amenities, staff at the desk most hours, free coffee from the espresso machine on the top floor. This last one was a game changer.” 不满意之处： Be aware that the bathroom, like most in Korea, is a shower and bathroom combo, no separation with a door between the two. This is why they provide the sandals so your feet don't get wet after a recent shower. Korea is a very hygienic culture so they prefer to easily/efficiently clean that space in one go. No issue for us. There was a language barrier with the staff, so please have your language app ready to go!

“I planned to stay at this hotel before Covid-19. I love the convenient location and beautiful interior decoration of the hotel . The room is spacious and clean. Also, the room is very quiet due to the design of double doors. I can enjoy good sleep.”

“Location, cleanliness & modern” 不满意之处： Just 1 staff who marred the stay but I have been back many times so this was 1st time we encountered a staff of theirs who wasn’t of the same exceptional quality as the rest. Again huge appreciation for the elderly gentlemen on night duties who was A ⭐️ in his guest service!

“The hotel was located in a great location nearby the subway stations with plenty of coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was very clean and spacious for two. The bathroom was also super clean. Would happily return and stay here again.”
