“the room was spacious and clean, with a great ocean view. bathroom and shower were also clean. overall newly built so things seemed new. perfect for a party of four as there are two queen-sized beds. attached to the beach so it was great to take a stroll down the beach after breakfast. also liked that it was less crowded than Haeundae central area as this is in Songjeong Beach. didn't know Busan had a big surfing beach.” 不满意之处： considering the building seemed new, didn't appreciate that the water drainage in the faucet sink was bad and didn't drain well. the window in the room was open when we checked in but the mosquito net wasn't drawn so we could have been bitten by mosquitos although thankfully, we weren't. the noise outside on the street, esp of motorcycles, was extremely loud, even from our 8th floor and we had to close the window to go to sleep in peace. while we didn't expect too much from the breakfast buffet that was included, it was quite disappointing. the only thing worth eating included hard boiled eggs, toast and fresh pineapple. the hot food was not edible and who eats super spicy and oily stir-fried pork for breakfast, anyway? even the white rice was cakey and bad.

“Great views and location.” 不满意之处： Reception is not permanently staffed. Had a problem checking in at kiosk as keycard didn’t work, so had to wait for someone to come to the reception desk to resolve.

“We stayed in a family room, which was remarkably spacious and featured oceanfront windows just as shown in the photos. The room amenities were exceptionally well-equipped and impeccably clean—we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The location is ideal—extremely close to the beach with convenience stores nearby. It is also within walking distance of Songjeong Station on the Beach Train line, surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and polite.” 不满意之处： The only minor downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection and served the exact same items on both days of our stay. However, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate area, it wasn't much of a problem.

不满意之处： We chose the hotel with very ill daughter because of breakfast which absolutely not up to showen photos - fruits, croisants, eggs were not available

“Hotel is nice and clean just 2 min from beach” 不满意之处： very good

“The view from the windows was perfect by itself! The room was large and had a great shower. Some people complain about the firmness of the bed but I liked it and slepted comfortably.” 不满意之处： I wish my room had a bathtub but since the remodel they must not have many anymore. Not a big deal.

“Great location. You can watch the surfers on the waves from the window of your room. Very clean. We requested a late clean and they arranged it. Would recommend this hotel.” 不满意之处： The staff did not seem very happy on the check in desk but it may be a language or cultural issue. They charge 20000 per hour if you want an early check in even if your room is ready.

“Fantastic location and views - big rooms. I would come here again and be more adamant about housekeeping. It’s the perfect place for surfing.” 不满意之处： Terrible breakfast and housekeeping is not upto the mark.
