“A quiet, clean, affordable place to stay!
With two double beds and one single bed, it comfortably accomodated our whole family for a restful night's sleep!” 不满意之处： The only areas for improvement would be clearer communication methods and more transparency about hidden fees

“Location” 不满意之处： Hard to find entrance
ThomasNew Zealand ·
“Not applicable as it was not part of the deal” 不满意之处： Nothing at all.

“Great stay, would stay again” 不满意之处： Check in process was very difficult.

“Amazing location, the beach is across the street. The location beats all the disadvantages and inconveniences that occurred.” 不满意之处： Extra charge for pet’s stay and additional fee for cleaning (30 000 wons per night + 30 000 wons cleaning).
The communication was really weird, I didn’t know my room number up until I arrived to the address.
So, when I arrived the toilet was disgustingly dirty 🤢 the employees only apologized, didn’t offer any room service, so I had to clean the toilet on my own. Some lights didn’t work. Wrinkly beddings made it feel like I am in someone else’s bed 😵💫
And there’s no room service at all.

“Very close to the beach, Busan X Tower and Mipo Blue Line😊” 不满意之处： Slow and bad response from the staff🙁
AnneSweden ·
“Self check in” 不满意之处： There were no big towels in the bathroom. And water was coming out quite a lot through the shower door.
YoungUnited States ·
“Very central, a road behind the beach. The room was a simple apartment with all necessary items. It was good for the price.” 不满意之处： Hard to find as it is nowhere labelled outside. The building is being shared with many other online-hotels.

“Good location close to the beach. Really nice little apartment and was clean. Was nice to have a washing machine too. Had an issue with the facilities but the host helped to fix it.” 不满意之处： Gym was not available and don’t think it will be open for a while.

“The room was big.” 不满意之处： The managers communication. Received a late reply.
