“It was very close to the metro station. The area had a lot of convenience stores, coffee shops and local restaurants. The location was great and secure and easily accessible.” 不满意之处： They need to upgrade the bed linen; it had discoloured. The bath towels were also small and could they provide a little bigger. They could also consider providing a seating space either at the roof top that gives guests a place to sit other than just in the room

“Friendly staff who made an additional key especially for us. We saw many other foreigners, and the hotel was quiet at night. The location was easy to reach by bus or subway, and it's just 5 minutes from many restaurants and cafés.”

“The bathtub was great! It definitely made my stay worthwhile.” 不满意之处： On the first night, I noticed that the floors were not clean (around the toilet :( but I was too tired to ask for a room change. The next morning I asked for them to please clean the floors (very politely), but they didn't. It is possible that they did not understand me, but then again that should be part of the regular room cleaning service, right?

“The proximity to the underground and the availability of reception 24/7, lots of free stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, etc).” 不满意之处： The rooms were not very clean, it felt like it was a love motel and the room was not clean from the start. We didn’t have large towels but to be honest the staff provided small towels upon request

“Spacious room” 不满意之处： The promise of “breakfast included” was unfulfilled. It consisted of sugary cereal, white bread and mermelada and milk, hardly a decent breakfast, more like “I will help you develop diabetes faster”

“great location, very well connected and near useful stations like yeonsan and geoje and near the city hall area but still quiet! The facilities were great too, like the AC in the room and laundry facilities.”
