Residence Mumum Hotel

“Central location. Staff is very friendly” 不满意之处： Lights in the rooms were dim

“Big, clean room and nice air conditioning, very centrally located and friendly staff.” 不满意之处： We opted out of the breakfast, since it was prepackaged and brought to your room individually (not a buffet), but the staff were nice enough to leave some juice boxes for us anyway!

“The hotel, room, etc. are basically fine - matched what we paid, and what we expected. What stands out is the warmth of the staff and how they made the trip memorable with some lovely little touches. For example, we had a concern about going out and leaving our laundry without electricity in the room. Staff solved our problem and went further by hanging our clothes up to dry and leaving a little note to explain.” 不满意之处： It's a budget option - they provide a good product for the price

“Location is very good - close to metro station, cafes and convenience stores. It's a quiet area. Room was fine and roomy enough. We canceled the breakfast because we wanted to go out and eat instead. Staff are friendly and attentive.” 不满意之处： Hot water for showers was not at the ready on the first day - after talking to the staff, it was rectified.

“The breakfast was superb, and we loved that the menu changed daily. The hotel’s location is also very close to the subway station, making it very convenient and easy to get around. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, always kind, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated your hospitality!”

“All was pleasant and convenient. Separate shower separate sink and separate toilet. Separate kitchenette. Great layout.” 不满意之处： Mirror was a bit small. Needs more hooks for hanging towels and clothes. Did not want to use their indoor slippers. I just wore my socks.

“Staff was very kind and caring. Packed extra snacks for me during check out when I did not eat the breakfast. Will definitely go back again! Thank you for the great hospitality :)”

“They were super nice and friendly and took care of everything I needed”

“The staff are friendly and helpful ：）” 不满意之处： The shower and toilet are in the same room.

“Room was pretty big and bathroom was very big Housekeeping was excellent Staff was friendly and helpful Location was 500m from Seomyeon subway station” 不满意之处： Motion activated light made night time trips to the bathroom a wake up call for everyone Breakfast was pre-packaged meal delivered at 8 am, sometimes with tea. Didn't really satisfy
