“This is our second time staying in this hotel. Excellent location, friendly staff. Highly recommended hotel in Busan.”

“The location was excellent— near many metro and bus options; also across the street from BIFF square, which was great! The room had a great view of Jagalchi Market and you are also able to control the thermostat, which is a big plus.” 不满意之处： The room was very small and it was hard to have our suitcases open at the same time, however, that's my fault because I did not notice the room size as posted on the booking. Be aware, the room is nice but tight quarters.

“I like that the location is right by the markets. The staff were friendly.” 不满意之处： The double bed room is slightly smaller than usual. If you have a check in luggage, it will be a struggle to fully open the bag to access your things.

“I got what I was looking for: convenient hotel in the heart of the city. The location may look a bit sketchy as it's in the epicenter of nightlife, but I didn't have any issues with that.”

“Nero the Hotel Cat made the stay worth it! I didn't have a fantastic time in Busan (not because of the hotel) so I stayed in my room a bit, the bed was super comfy, pillows were great, bathroom was awesome! You can cast anything to the TV. It's directly across from a bus stop that will take you to Gamcheon Village for 1600 KRW, also across from food markets, Starbucks, 7/11, Lotteria, KFC, Daiso and anything else you may need. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff were really kind and of course little Nero the cat was perfect and amazing.” 不满意之处： The fire/ smoke detector flashes at night and it's quite distracting if you have the lights off. Also the doors are extremely heavy and make a really loud bang when you shut them so discretion late at night/ early morning is not a thing. Asides from that, this place is awesome!

“The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the Jagalchi Fish Market and right opposite to the Nampo-dong Shopping Street. We enjoyed the location a lot. Gamcheon Culture Village is very accessible too!!” 不满意之处： Staff overall is polite and genuine however, they really wore their hearts on their sleeve. During the second day, one of the staff might not be feeling her best, hence we were at the receiving end of her slightly moody situation. No huge impact but we were taken aback
