“This hotel is definitely in a great spot! The building has 2 hotel owners, Urbanstay and Grab by the Ocean, but instructions for check in with Urbanstay was very clear. They can also be easily reached via chat. Restaurants everywhere and plenty of coffee shops and convenience store. The area to pick up taxi is walking distance too. The cable car/Busan Sky Cruise view and the water is magnificent. Loved waking up to it! Would book here again.” 不满意之处： No on-staff if needed but they are responsive via chat.

“The location is great, as soon as you leave the hotel, Songdo beach is right in front of you, and the cable cars are about a 5/10 minute walk. The beach was fairly quiet, so it was actually really nice to walk on especially in the morning. We arrived earlier than check-in time and it was really simple to store our luggage (make sure you read your email confirmation from them). The location did feel very secure.” 不满意之处： You do need to walk a little to get to public transport and it's only buses near there not their metro stations. There is no staff so you do have to make sure you read your confirmation email properly otherwise you could be easily confused.
