“Location and size of the property” 不满意之处： No shower curtain meant the bathroom got wet easy.

“Comfortable and spacious room. Big bath. Great view of the main high street. Right next to the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Good sized tv in main living area. Effective air-conditioning system. Coffee machine with pods, and good kitchen facilities (microwave, pots n pans etc). Easy check in - get sent a code and you go in.” 不满意之处： Awful elevator system - 42 floors + 5 basement floors but only 4 elevators for all of them. Expect to wait a lot during busy periods. 1.5 toilets rolls provided for 2 people for 4 days (not enough). Tv in the bedroom didn't work. Could do with laundry facilities somewhere in the building, but there is a coin laundrette 5 mins away so not an issue. Sulphur smell from bathroom drains occasionally. Hot water goes lukewarm due to limited boiler tank capacity. Can be an issue for 2+ people staying together.

“The room was big and clean! Great location which near train station.” 不满意之处： There was little difficult on finding the hotel location at the first time. It will be better if provide more guideline (with photo) for the location.

“The location was awesome, near the elevator exit of Haeundae so I was able to take the train from the airport to the hotel with ease. Room was also clean, I was lucky enough to get the premiere suite and I didn’t want to leave. There were also a lot of food options nearby.” 不满意之处： Only downside is the elevator, no one followed the division for higher floor/lower floors so it took more than 5 mins to get to my floor from the ground. The train ride to BEXCO was shorter (i timed it 😂)

“This is not a hotel but an entire apartment (airBnB style). The room I stayed on the 36th floor was great with a partial view of the beach and generally a nice view of the area. The room was spacious with a large living room + kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tub and a semi-separate bedroom. Everything was clean and looked basically new. There was a capsule coffee machine as well which I really liked.” 不满意之处： The "check in" if you can all it that is a bit confusing. Actually it is super simple; you get the elevator and room code per email and just go in. But there is almost no visible "UrbanStay" signage on the building, instead there are 2 other hotel names so I was not sure if I was in the right place until I tried to open the door. Once you got that figured out it is simple.
The apartment did not have a washing machine. I think a washing/drying area in the building would really make this more convenient.

“Very clean space, quite spacious and excellent location. Very easy to check in and check out. Bathroom was clean and tidy as well.” 不满意之处： There were no chargers available, but, multiple charging ports were there.

“everything was above satisfaction, location perfect, luggage room is such a convenience for those who arrived prior to the time of check-in.” 不满意之处： we had some difficulty with trash, but later we called the reception andd talked to the chat bot, everything wass solved.
