“Finally a 5 star hotel where everything is actually 5 star. The staff are very professional and obviously understand proper hospitality, keep up the great work and thank you. Great martinis in the bar upstairs too. :-)” 不满意之处： A minor thing, but the hand and body wash/shampoo/conditioner has quite a strong fragrance. Maybe consider something more neutral next time you're choosing new flavours.

“The views were incredible, the king bed was extremely comfy, rooms were clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind.
Brunch at the highest floor lounge was also incredible. Our eggs Benedict and shakashouka was some of the best I've ever had and a must-do for anyone staying at the hotel or in the area. The discount for hotel guests also.felt very generous.” 不满意之处： The shower area drainage in my particular room was not the best, leading to standing water that would be there hours after using the shower. The tile installation unfortunately led to water pooling away from the drain.
At the 27F restaurant, it felt a bit rigid that there were separated sides for being able to order the brunch vs a la carte. It worked out in my case since my partner and I both wanted the brunch, but would be troublesome for any groups that would want to be able to order from both sides of the menu.
Also a tiny thing, but there were so many advertisements in the hotel for the specialty house drip coffee, but they didn't sell it for consumption at either the brunch nor the 1st floor cafe. It was only sold as a takeaway/gift item, which felt unfortunate because I wanted to experience if it was worth buying the whole box.
