“It was very clean, and the location was perfect for me—close to many interesting things to do in a short distance (around 5 minutes by car) like the Songjeong Beach, Lotte World, Fisheries Science Museum, Busan National Science Museum.” 不满意之处： I think they should provide extra pillows and use higher-quality bed linens. But all were clean.

“Very modern and clean. Great value. We had a rental car so transport wasn’t a problem but it may be a little far to the train station if you didn’t have a car.”

“The views are amazing, the parking is comfortable, the apartment is spacious and very nice, the heating and air conditioning are very good, the laundry room is perfect. The oven is very good too. It is close to the shopping mall and the beach, so the location is very good, but only if you have a car, otherwise everything is far away, but it happens all over Korea except in Seoul.” 不满意之处： The only thing I would improve is in the kitchen, the problem is that there is no knife and forks, there are no big plates or glasses, it has just a Korean style kitchen set, not bad, but a little uncomfortable for tourists.

“It was a very spacious and convenient accommodation.” 不满意之处： We arrived there over 4 pm, so we couldn't register our car at the office; It made us charge 30,000 won. However, we could manage to contact our agent to solve this problem.

“Very clean and staffs were responding to questions or requests quickly.” 不满意之处： There was no WiFi at all for my stay, also not much pots or pans or rice cooker for the kitchen, not really equipped for cooking. Not sure if it was a glitch but additional vehicle added at pre checkin was never added so we had to add it again on top of paying for the first time parking. It’s not a huge amount but very confusing.

“Spacious apartment with all sorts of mod cons like dry cleaning drawers, fancy touch button shelves and multiple bidets. Very good for families 5-6 people have plenty of space.
Room was cleaned daily and the building is immaculate with plenty of parking spaces.” 不满意之处： Location is not great - think carefully if you want to be in central Busan and if you have a car. I’ve done both and better to book in the city to be honest.
WIFI!!! Could not work remotely as the WiFi connection is very unstable / only worked a few hours a day.
Bathroom on second floor had a very strong raw sewage smell on the first day possibly after recent rain.
Air conditioning unit has a really bright LED you cannot turn off at night

“Everything was great! I’d definitely repeat!!” 不满意之处： Only thing I would add is more stuff in the kitchen to be able to cook

“Nearby facilities, apartment itself, and staff responsiveness”

“Great place to stay, very modern, spotlessly clean, and it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We received a clear and detailed information guide in advance with everything we needed to know. It's a bit far from the city centre, but in return you get a wonderfully quiet and charming neighbourhood, great shopping options nearby, and a beautiful church within walking distance.”
