AG405 Hotel

“The staff were so friendly. The restaurant is excellent. The location is good and we liked having the convenience store downstairs” Disliked: The beds are too narrow and uncomfortable. We had a twin room. The view was not great.

“Great location - off the busy beach strip, but easily walkable. TONS of restaurants nearby, more than you would think from the map because the mid-rise buildings have a restaurant per floor! Adored the convenience store in the hotel - this isn't just a few candy bars, it's a real store with everything you need and great prices. Great two-room suite, nice amenities.” Disliked: Just little things - bathroom light turned on nightstand lights. E-Coffee doesn't open until 8:30, but that is common in Korea for cafes, you can still get coffee at the convenience store on-site. Speaking of coffee, in-room was "tea bag" coffee, I'd prefer just instant. No hand lotion provided.

“- The proximity to one of the best beaches was excellent. - The hotel has an emart which was convenient. - The internet speed was great. - The views of the bay and the bridge were tremendous. - Walking around the hotel, was the best. We went to other places but this was the most happening place.” Disliked: - The controls for the bathroom lights were only on the left side of the bed, which was inconvenient. - we were an hour early at 2pm and the check-in time was 3pm, the lady at the desk could not understand we were looking for an early check-in. That would've saved us some time. - there was a weird step at the entrance of the room, which meant we had to lift our luggage to get it in, minor inconvenience. - the shower area was leaking water outside and the sink was a bit sluggish.

“Location was perfect for walking along the ocean, visiting local restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and enjoying the beachfront. Great views of the gwangalli bridge. Room was very clean and comfortable with basic amenities and others such as slippers and chilled water. Very comfortable”

“Great location for Bexco conference and seaside. Clean, comfortable rooms.” Disliked: Higher floor without Blackout curtain. No breakfast at weekdays.

“This property is on the beachfront! You can cross a small road (with low to now traffic) and be on the beach. And the walk towards Gwangalli beach is really short one. The building itself boasts of two good restaurants which are not owned by the hotel but the hotel restaurant is good enough (western food). If you wish to take a public transport (After my first night in the infamously crazy driving Busan taxi, I chose to travel by public transport) The staff in the reception is very helpful. They helped me to book a taxi, helped me with address and also direct me to the nearby laundromat (they do not provide laundry service). The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable and the rooms are in very good condition. The amenities and toiletries (and water bottles) make life easier.” Disliked: Unfortunately, in spite of putting the clean my room sticker on the door the cleaning staff did not notice it for two days in a row and they left the towels and water bottles next to the door. I stayed for six days (5 nights) and not getting a room cleaning even once was not the best. I was not sure if the process to ask for cleaning the room is not by hanging the card of the door handle but that is not really clear.

“The location, the view, the room, bathroom had doors (and they were not see-through! Which sadly is not so easy to find in hotel in SK), the staff, the room, the market on the first floor” Disliked: Didn’t have laundry and a separate smoking room/area

“The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The view of the water and the bridges was beautiful. I like that I could open my window for fresh air, though the traffic noise is quite loud. The best part is their focus on environment conservation, I appreciated that they don't provide plastic amenities like toothbrushes and will not wash bedsheets daily unless specifically requested.” Disliked: I went during the BTS concert and prices of accommodation increased significantly. I understand the concept of supply and demand, and I'm glad that I managed to get a place to stay, but it still left a bitter taste when I checked that there were still rooms available when I checked in and someone else would be paying half of what I paid.

“Great location and facilities. staff friendliness” Disliked: A futon in Korea means you’re sleeping in a mat in the floor - not a futon in the western sense

“Very friendly staff and the room was spacious enough. Nice views as well.” Disliked: Smelly elevator and a bit of mold in the bathroom.
