“Location is great and very convenient to shops and eat nearby within short walking distance. Room size is good. Beds are comfy. Free parking is good. Ten-pin bowling within the building.” Disliked: Reception's English skill needs to be improved for foreign tourists. Better greet customers with a smile. The check-in procedure needs to be clear especially for those require parking. When I first arrived I wasn't explained the procedure for parking my car. Carpark is at the basement and the staff can't speak English. It is not easy to park your car into the lift for the first time and you may feel your front bumper will hit the lift wall. Also I have to unload all my luggage on the dirty floor at the carpark area and back to my car to drive into the lift. It is a lot of hassle to move the car out from their storage afterwards. Then you have to take all your luggage to the top floor for check-in and then move luggage again to your room. Imagine how much effort it is. :-( They should have a clean dedicated area for customers to unload luggage in the carpark area. Our room flooring is tiles so better to wear slippers otherwise feeling cold to walk on. Kind of a strange feeling in a hotel compared to carpet flooring.

“the hotel allocated in the central of Busan, it was convenience to walk around the city without using any public transportation. The hotel room is clean, and you can use the weight to scale your suitcase before check out.” Disliked: The hotel is connected with other businesses in the building, which you would need card card to go to hotel floor. Also the car parking is the basement , where you will need to park the car into the lift and left it there. Also, the reception was allocated on the top floor not the typical one that on the ground floor.

“Spacious room, great eye for detail, everything clean.” Disliked: If I’d need to suggest something, it would be to add more space to hang towels in the bathroom and a shelf to place your shampoo etc.

“Location in city was very good”

“Very well located. Spacious, well-equipped, clean, and quiet room despite being in such a vibrant area.” Disliked: I stayed in 5 different types of lodging during my stay in Korea and i found the Front Desk staff of Arban Hotel the most rigid: automated exchanges with no real warmth. I also found the huge sign board at the Front Desk wall very aggressive: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. I'm not really sure what it means and maybe it's a bad English translation but it is very offending to read as a client that has reserved and paid for service at the hotel.

Disliked: Disappointing staff. We had an issue with the payment and they couldn’t manage to let me speak to a manager.
