“Very nice apartment, with a lot of space! Bedrooms were perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice and communicative.” Disliked: The shower was a bit uncomfortable, but it is okay compared to the rest!

“Really cute and cosy place to stay in near Haeundae Beach. I think it had everything we needed. The rooms were cosy so always had a good night sleep. We needed an iron and ironing board and the owner was really kind to have it sent to us.” Disliked: Improvements: The kitchen cupboard doors were dirty. It looked like they hadn’t been wiped and they had stains on it so didn’t really feel like using the crockery and utensils.

“房東回覆訊息快速，也很積極處理。
距離車站有點距離，但慢慢散步也蠻愜意的。
給的毛巾量非常足夠。” Disliked: 1.隔音不是很好，說話聲聽得到，也會有腳步聲。
2.我們是提前入住，雖然很謝謝房東爽快答應，但希望下次可以提前告知不會整理房間，因為我們到了還得自己收拾有點尷尬。
3.洗衣機的廢水是直接排放在浴室，所以洗澡時沒辦法同時洗衣服，地板會都是洗衣機的水。

“Schöne helle Unterkunft in einem lebendigen Viertel. Eine echte Überraschung. Würde ich weiter empfehlen. Kommunikation 100%. 5⭐️+ dafür. Der erste Eindruck von außen war zwiespältig. Hat allerdings getäuscht. Ein tolles lebendiges Viertel. Ein bisschen Fußmarsch zum Strand .. aber gut.” Disliked: Es war etwas laut von der Wohnung darüber. Da kann ja aber der Gastgeber nichts für.

“해운대, 광안리 접근성이 좋고 조용한 동네에 위치해 있습니다.
아담하지만 필요한 시설은 다 있습니다.
청결하고 냉난방시설이 완벽합니다. 온수도 잘 나오며, 작은세탁기도 있습니다.
주변에 편의점, 아이스크림할인점, 과일가게 등이 있어서 좋습니다.
이용객 전용 주차장이 준비되어 있어서 주차문제 해결됩니다.” Disliked: 숙박하는데 큰 문제는 없습니다만, 중문(중간문)이 좀 빡빡해서 아이들이나 여성분은 열고닫기 어려울수도 있을 것 같습니다.
운영자님께서 조금만 손보시면 금방 해결이 가능할 것이고
휴대폰 충전기가 있으면 좋을것 같아요.
