“Good location close to Haeundae Beach and Metro Line 2, which provides easy access to the city centre, shopping malls and Spa Land. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with pleasant staff and nice views. The free washing machines and clothes-drying machines were also very convenient. Also tax refund was a pleasant surprise.” Disliked: The room initially looked clean, but some areas had not been cleaned thoroughly. Next day staff cleaned it properly without need to mention it.

“Good location near subway and haeundae beach. Good clean room, with shower separated from bathroom. Great quality of soap, smelled like a good spa. Fridge working fine, air conditioned too. Luggage storage before / after stay. Nice staff.” Disliked: Basket (at least toilet one) should be covered. Breakfast a little bit expensive.

“Excellent location. It was close to a metro station and walking distance to beach, restaurants and Dongbaekseom Island. Staff is very friendly, laundry is free and they have free coffee and water bottles. Loved this hotel and the price was decent. They also provided complimentary umbrella’s when it was raining so that was nice. Rooms are nice too. This hotel exceeded my expectations.” Disliked: Gym was ok, I never could get the stationary bike to work so that was annoying. Gym does not have wipes to wipe down equipment. There was no door to bathroom sink and bathtub so that was also annoying… especially when staying in the room with others. Breakfast was meh. It was same thing everyday and was just ok. They do have ramen station so that was nice. Price for breakfast was very good. Despite the few annoyances stated here, we really liked this hotel and would stay here again.

“The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast very good and i loved the fact that there was also a coffee machine at the lobby entrance and one could grab a coffee and water just whenever. The location excellent near Haeundae station. The deluxe double room was very big and also the bathroom. Generally I think it was a good choice for a 3-star hotel.” Disliked: The room although it was really big felt strange. Empty walls with black marks left from suitcases didn't create the best first impression. Some of the towels had small holes on them and the glass wall separating the bathroom from the room was full of limescale creating a general sensation of dirt although everything was super clean. But most of all, can you really offer a hotel room with no closet?! I had the whole couch full of clothes for 5 days...

“Free laundry but need to wait and take turn. Location to major shopping area, food and train.” Disliked: 7 of us had 3 rooms on the same floor and they all very different. Mainly design of the bathroom and toilets, some without doors, not convinient for travelling with non family member.

“Such a fantastic stay! I loved the little thoughtful touches like having ice-filled cups and bottled water available downstairs. It was also a huge plus to have free streaming services on the TV without the hassle of logging into my own accounts. Plus, having an on-site laundry facility made things so convenient!” Disliked: i can't think of any

“Location and breakfast was good. Customer service, especially Mr. Parker was really helpful.” Disliked: For first night, the room I got was not very good. Air conditionar was making noises and the room was small. On next day, Mr. Parker gave me a better room.

“The location was excellent. Close to everything and the beach.” Disliked: There was only one bath towel. I would suggest having at least 2 bath towels per day. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste spots on it.
