JUN house - Foreign Only

“I like the place because was close to the event I need to go in 연제중학교 for a test, and the bed was comfortable and the heat blanket was amazing, and the host seems trying to helpful even not speaking English.” Disliked: Didn't have much clear instructions for check-in before arrival, so when I arrived there for a few minutes, went to the supermarket to pass the time because I was 30 minutes earlier than I said that I'd arrive. Had a little problem with the air conditioner so I basically need to wait a bit waiting them to fix, the problem was they was stepping on my bed to fix the air conditioner. And the wi-fi writing on the wall had wrong passport, or at least not written correctly. And was so cold the toilet...

“great location, very well connected and near useful stations like yeonsan and geoje and near the city hall area but still quiet! The facilities were great too, like the AC in the room and laundry facilities.” Disliked: A little small, and there were some mosquitoes in the area but other than that, excellent!!

“This was a very comfortable property, with a lot with of privacy. It was fitted with all amenities including a washing machine and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean. Very roomy. Makes for a very relaxing experience. Do have to walk a flight of stairs. It was a great experience, the hosts were very pleased and welcoming. Absolutely an ideal place for a travelling couple, short walk to 2 different stations (lines).” Disliked: That we only stayed four nights.

“Cute house, in a nice neighborhood, also quite easy access with taxi’s and the subway was on a walking distance.” Disliked: It’s not a dislike, but personally i was a bit shy to shower in the common area, so i just went to a bathhouse that was very close by, and because of that i got to experience that as well, which i liked so i wouldn’t say it’s bad, but just a personal thing

“Wonderful caretaker, friendly and very helpful, Good amount of space for three people.” Disliked: Steep stairs, difficult to carry suitcase and especially in the rain. Caretakers gladly assist with luggage . Taxi couldn't find location. Bathroom was a wet room and there was insufficient bench space for clothes and toiletries and inadequate ventilation.

“The host is fantastic and helpful in every way. When one of us had a spot of food poisoning, she brought us home remedies and congee! The flat itself is functional if a bit worn, and the location is good, if not super central, but the metro station is only a short walk away, so getting around isn't hard!” Disliked: It was not clear in the description that the second bedroom is only included if you book for more than two people. We ended up paying extra to have the second bedroom.

“local vibe.” Disliked: Restrictions to the water heater usage. only from 9am to 9pm. host mentioned that hot water available only from 9am to 9 pm, which is not practical. any time before 9am will be freezing water. I did not try before 9am to wash up as so obedient to listen to the host. The host mentioned that I should have informed her earlier. If you have set the rules, why tell me that I should have informed you that I want to go out earlier? washing of clothes restricted to morning or afternoon as it will be noisy at night. if we do the washing, then we cannot go out and explore. No toiletries provide, or detergent for laundry. have to spend money to buy. I have booked to stay for 6 nights but have given up 3 nights due to the restrictions and inconvenience. A bit disappointed with the rules and regulations.

“The house was comfortable, clean, and had a cozy vibe. It’s great value for the price when you consider the location and privacy compared to staying in a hotel or hostel. The hosts live in the house downstairs and were amazing. Super friendly and attentive. One thing to be aware of is that there’s only space for two beds, one large one in the main room and a small mattress on the floor of the other room. If you book for three people, two will have to share the main bed. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Busan! Easily the best airbnb-style experience I’ve had.”

“Terrace great bonus Friendly hosts Great location” Disliked: Only one little thing relocate towel storage to laundry by bathroom as always forget towel and would have to go back through kitchen to second bedroom to grab them
