“It is very clean, has all the appliance - AC, laundry machine, dryer, even a styler. Perfect location to explore Song Jung Beach and Gi Gang. Only took 20 min by car also, they offer a free parking lot also. The staffs are so nice, they respond very kind and quick. I will definitely stay this property again when I visit Busan again.”

“We were arranged at building 102, 3rd floor, not exactly the ocean view we were expecting for upon seeing the cover photo before booking, but still quite pretty. It's a quiet, high-end amenity. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay there.” Disliked: One of the two toilet clogged during our stay. The water flow and temperature was unstable during shower. The first bedroom didn't have a lock.

“We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s new, spacious, and very clean. The household appliances are modern and of excellent quality. The location is also great — there are shops nearby, a huge mall, IKEA, and lots of cafés. There’s even a beach within walking distance, although it was still closed during our visit. One of the highlights was a beautiful nearby Buddhist temple — a peaceful and scenic spot worth visiting. The neighborhood is excellent and definitely worth spending 2–3 days exploring. The only downside is the distance to the city center — it takes about 50 minutes by metro.”

“The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You can reach a mall, a supermarket, and Lotte World Busan on foot.” Disliked: We were there for three weeks, and there was no vacuum cleaner. At least they could have had a broom.

“The place is big, clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is also convenient. 5 mins drive away from Lotte World, Lotte outlet and Lotte Mall, and 3 mins drive away from IKEA. There many restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops around the area so you don't have to go farther. It's also 20 to 30 mins drive from the famous Haeundae Beach and Busan Outlet. I would recommend this hotel and if there's a chance, we would like to come back and stay in this hotel again.”

“Location - proximity to Lotte Mall/Outlet and Haeundae Spacious for family trip for almost a week Good number of restaurants around the area as well” Disliked: Parking space can quickly become limited if coming back later during the day. Constant concern of noise complaints reminded by building management - this was not to say that we caused noises. We were anxious since we had 3 months old who can sometimes be colic in the middle of night and building reminded every houses in the building of no noise policy after 10 PM.
