“We were four friends staying at Matie Osiria and we were all soooo pleasantly surprised by the room and hotel! The room was so much bigger than expected and so nice! It had everything we needed and more! And the staff were extremely nice and welcoming! Could not recommend this enough!”

“Amazing view! It's 25min drive away from haeundae and has amazing view and coastal right beside it. The service is top notch and overall I had an amazing stay. This is definitely a place where you can slow down and relax. If you want to be close to touristy stuff this is not for you. When we first took the public transportation we were really struggling cuz it's an hour or more away from busan ktx.” Disliked: Nothing j loved everything.

“가성비가 매우 뛰어나다. 신축으로 쾌적하다. 방마다 기본 방음이 좋고, 바다앞인데 샷시도 기능이 좋고 난방도 좋아서 보온과 방음이 뛰어나다. 화장실도 2개 모두 매우 좋다. 엘리베이터는 향기가 좋고 여러대 운용중이라 체크인아웃시 편리하다. 주차공간도 매우 넓고 쾌적한데다 무료이기까지 하다. 어디 호텔을 가더라도 이런가격에 이만큼의 충족을 느끼기는 어려울 것이다.
해운대, 광안리 등의 중심 위치와 멀지만 반대로 보면 용궁사, 송정이나 기장 바닷가의 유명한 경치 카페, 송정 블루레일파크 기차정거장, 기장미역 등을 파는 건어물 직판장 위치들과는 가까워진다. 꼼장어, 미역국밥, 유명한 돼지국밥 지점 등 유명한 식당들도 차로 10분 거리에 다양하게 있다.” Disliked: 거실테이블이 형편없다. 배달음식이나 사온걸 꺼내놓고 먹을수 있을 정도는 되야한다. 싱크대만 덜렁 있는 공간은 부엌이라고 할 수없을 정도로 협소하고 실용성이 떨어진다. 수저젓가락, 주방세제, 수세미, 앞접시, 소주잔 등 사온걸 덜어먹을 식기류만 있어도 좋을 것 같은데 여긴 리조트가 아니고 호텔이야 하면서 사용불가 싱크대만 덩그러니 놓은듯하다. 거실에 있으면 냉장고가 매우 시끄럽고 소파가 불편하다.
그리고 브랜드 대비 청결상태가 미흡했다. 엘리베이터나 방에 비해, 복도에 호텔같지 않은(락스뿌린 모텔냄새)가 많이 나서 방으로 가는 기대를 떨어트린다. 복도에 전체 방향제가 주기적으로 분사되야 할 것 같다. 먹는 컵을 젖은 수건이나 걸레로 닦은듯한 얼룩자국이 있고, 소파에 오염이 묻은채 있어서 거실에 앉기 전 직접 다 닦았으며, 베게커버를 접어놓은 안쪽에 긴 머리카락들이 있어서 펼쳐서 꺼내서 버렸다. 청소인력이 부족한가 싶을 정도의 미흡함이 느껴졌다.
