“Wonderful hotel. Very well looked after by all the staff. Great location right on the beach. Loved the outdoor infinity pool and the massage and facial I had at the spa. Perfect place to relax and unwind.”

“- The room was absolutely stunning. The view from the terrace overlooking Haeundae Beach was breathtaking. - Best location in Busan, right on Haeundae Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. - The concierge team was excellent. They quickly arranged tickets for the Sky Capsule train, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. - Thoughtful honeymoon touches, as we were welcomed with chocolates, wine, and a lovely handwritten card. A truly memorable experience. - The infinity pool was fantastic, with hot water and an incredible view, it was the perfect place to relax.” Disliked: - Honestly, nothing bad to say, this is a solid 10/10 stay. - Just a heads-up: once a month, on the last Wednesday, the pool and spa area are closed. It was a bit disappointing, but to their credit, the hotel informed us in advance when we booked.

“It’s beautiful and the setting is terrific. We paid for the seaside view, well worth it. Not sure about the extra winter garden room. Seems a waste to not have a chair in it, although it did smell smokey. Lovely bathroom products and my husband said it was a most comfortable bath.” Disliked: The entire pool and spa area was completely closed on the only full day we had at the property! Apparently the Lotte hotels all clean their pools and spa areas each month. On the one hand, that’s good but really disappointing for us. There was also a muddle up with a spa booking. The concierge kindly made the booking and then didn’t tell us it wasn’t at the hotel rather a 10 mins cab ride away! As a result we were late and not relaxed

“Most magnificent hotel! Absolutely immaculate with incredible sea views and stunning location just a few minutes walk to the beach. Facilities were awesome- from the swimming pool to the gym. Staff were so kind and went out of their way to make our stay special! We will definitely visit again.” Disliked: Nothing - it was perfect!
