“Everything is so well organised. From the location to the set up in the lounge, for breakfast and relaxing during the day. Microwave is available, laundry area, excellent facilities!” Disliked: All works well, nothing to complain about!

“The hotel’s location is truly ideal, right across from Haeundae Beach. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and they left fresh towels and water at our door every day. The room was also absolutely spotless.” Disliked: The room was a little small, and we had to keep our suitcases under the bed to have enough space. However, if you don’t have a lot of luggage, this shouldn’t be a major issue. The breakfast was also very varied, but it didn’t include many of the European-style options I’m used to, so I couldn’t eat it every day. That said, if you don’t mind having noodles and rice for breakfast, you’ll be perfectly fine.

“Stanza pulita con due camere e bagni doppi, per quattro persone perfetta! Posizione a 100 metri dalla spiaggia e relativa passeggiata perfetta per due passi la sera o per fare mare di giorno, se ci si vuole prendere una giornata di relax. A qualche centinaio di metri da una grossa arteria piena di locali e spettacoli abbastanza vicino da raggiungere a piedi in cinque minuti ma sufficientemente lontana da non essere nel caos serale della “movida”. Autobus e metro nelle vicinanze e quindi ottima posizione anche per girare Busan.” Disliked: Lo staff non alza gli occhi dallo schermo dei pc quando gli ospiti salutano entrando od uscendo. Una cosa, poi, che mi ha dato molto fastidio è stato il primo messaggio ricevuto dall’albergo: non un benvenuto ma un caveat sul fatto che non avevo pagato il parcheggio per cui non avevo diritto al posto auto interno (io e la mia famiglia non avevamo la macchina). Questo è un indicatore di scarsa sensibilità nei rapporti con la clientela. Il primo messaggio ad un cliente dovrebbe essere di benvenuto e solo successivamente i vari caveat. Mai, poi, usare l’espressione “non ha pagato” piuttosto “non ha opzionato”. Devono affinare la forma, la sostanza, invece, è ottima.

“Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. Great location just a short walk from the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Good value for the money.” Disliked: Breakfast was very busy and chaotic. Our room did not have a lot of natural light.
