“Comfortable, spacious and good breakfast” Disliked: A little far from the metro station

“The room was superb! I enjoyed having a spa tub in the vicinity of my own room so I could enjoy at my own time. The lighting was very nice and created great ambiance for relaxing in the room. The mattress was very comfy as well as the duvet. The built-in vanity was also really appreciated!” Disliked: The wifi was a bit spotty, sometimes I could connect and other times I couldn't. I do wish the bathroom lights were separate, so you could turn on a light for just the shower or just the toilet.

“Beautiful room with spa bath. Spacious and bright. Bed was very comfortable and really liked that there were two sinks in the bathroom. Hotel is very clean and seems well maintained. The whisky bar in the evenings is a nice touch. Breakfast is a very generous and very Korean breakfast so make note of that if you're booking breakfast included. It easily filled us up until lunch and was very tasty. If you're used to a more Western style of breakfast, you may struggle. If you're open to a big bold breakfast, it is really tasty and quite different. Location is great, you're moments from the beach and there are so many bars and restaurants within walking distance (although you'd never know - hotel was super calm and quiet) We were able to leave suitcases on our last day and collect in the afternoon. No restaurant on but so much choice nearby. If you fancy treating yourself then I absolutely recommend Sogonggan just a few minutes walk away. A modern Korean tasting menu. If I ever find myself in Busan again, I would absolutely stay here. It was a lovely, relaxing weekend.” Disliked: Small things, but for a higher end hotel, I think these could be improved... - Hooks in room. There is no where to hang towels after you've used them. There are also only 4 hangers despite there being so much storage! - No where to really keep suitcases so there are in the room which isn't the most relaxing feeling. - Our TV didn't really seem to work (we could only get YouTube on) but maybe that was just us not knowing how to use it. - Coffee is NOT included in breakfast. Definitely a first for me, especially as breakfast is really rather generous. Available for additional cost (around £3)

“An absolutely amazing, lived up to the price. Complimentary laundry service every day was so convenient! And the communication with reception by WhatsApp made it so easy to make requests and asks questions. Hotel is as beautiful as the pictures show and everything was exceptionally clean. Location is also great, less than 5m walk to the beach and close to other points of interest in Haeundae.”

“The room was very modern and well appointed. Loved the complimentary whiskey bar and laundry service. There was also complimentary breakfast but we never managed to get up on time. Conveniently located within walking distance of the main shopping area, metro and food market. Staff was also super helpful and kind. We even got an early check in.” Disliked: The only disappointment was that it was advertised as a beachfront property but it’s actually a block away across a main road.

“The room is very big and super clean. The style of the hotel and the room make us feel like we are staying in a resort. The breakfasts are exceptional. The lounges have different themes - comfortable and thoughtful.”

“All Staff is incredible, Lucy in the reception is such a sweetheart. They have fun concept as there is lounge in each floor (one lounge for eating, one lounge with free whiskey hour!, one lounge for kids to play). Interior is great (great bath pool in each room!) and I really like UH startup concept and approach. Interior is very tastefully done, everything is clean and thought out. Overall, way better than most of the very expensive 5* hotels we stayed in around the world.” Disliked: Gym was missing. Breakfast is great but if you stay longer an option to have just simple western eggs / toast or croissant would be really nice.

“The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very modern, brand-new feel. We really enjoyed the breakfast—everything was delicious! Having an in-room spa facility was a wonderful feature and a really cool experience to try.” Disliked: While breakfast was tasty, the variety of options was somewhat limited. Also, even though breakfast was included in our room rate, charging extra for coffee after 7:30 AM felt a bit unusual. Lastly, while having the spa in the room was great, the TV was positioned awkwardly, making it difficult to comfortably watch from the spa.
