“Loved the spacious room and accommodations. The location worked out pretty well also.” Disliked: Thought the room could use a little attention/maintenance of the spaces. For example, the caulking in one of the bathrooms were pulled away from the walls.

“Comfortable and clean, with the added convenience of having your own washing machine and kitchen. The location is ideal if you’re attending a conference at BEXCO, but the surrounding area isn’t the best for restaurants and other amenities.” Disliked: The elevators were a catastrophe. I stayed on the 17th floor and sometimes had to wait up to ten minutes for an elevator.

“The property was very good value for money. I had a little studio flat which made my week-long stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was comfy and so was the sofa. Bexco is literally opposite the hotel for conferences and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The metro is also right outside the property.” Disliked: Being within a high rise; it can be noisy at times. There was even drilling on Sundays. It’s fairly minimal though. The towels are small but that’s fairly standard for hotels in South Korea. It’s just worth packing your own if you want a larger towel. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a couple of laundry capsules for the washing machine as it means buying a whole packet which seems wasteful. Again, consider bringing your own. My room didn’t have a microwave. Convenience stores within the building have them but I would have liked making my own food. These really are minor thing that I am sharing so any reader is prepared.

“Very big room, two separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Great location for events at Bexco!” Disliked: The building is shared by several different hotels. 3 of them have reception in the lobby but this hotel has it on 3rd floor. Nothing awful just a bit confusing.

“We checked in as 3 people, so the place felt very spacious for us. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds total and 2 bathrooms, plus a living room, kitchen, and a large laundry area. It seems like it could comfortably fit 6–8 people. The train and bus stops are also very close, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was roomy, comfortable, and in a great location.” Disliked: The only downside was that the bathroom tiles were quite slippery, which could be a bit unsafe when wet. Other than that, everything was good.

“The apartment was extremely spacious and clean, and located in a very central and lively area. The fittings were modern and the bathrooms were comfortable. It had a washing machine which was useful as well.” Disliked: This apartment has so much potential to be a 10/10 stay, and small improvements would easily get it there. The kitchen had 2 mismatched mugs, no plates, no glasses and 4 bowls. The cutlery was mismatched as well. The mattress of the main bed was on the floor, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. The toilet in the main bathroom was clogged and spilled over twice. It also barely flushed. A person from the main desk assisted but it did not help much. A stack of tiny hand towels were provided instead of normal bath towels. The hallways of the hotel were dimly lit and smelled damp - this is obviously not the fault of the apartment owner. Ultimately our stay was good because the apartment was well located, spacious and modern. With a little extra care from the owners, this stay could be the best in Busan. Some attention to detail and extra thought about what would a stay more comfortable would go a very long way.
