“The customer service is exceptional. The owner and the housekeeping manager were incredibly nice, even after I was upset due to noise outside early in the morning (happened only once). Never judged me. Always. Kind. Understanding. I appreciated their smiles.
The place is very clean, organized and frankly a very good value for what you get.
The neighborhood is also cool; it feels like real Busan (not overly touristy).” 不满意之处： The internet from my room didn't always work, but the manager tried to help. It works well in the common areas.
RafaelColombia ·
“How responsive the owner is and how they can communicate easily in English :)”
PamPhilippines ·
“The location is excellent as it is very close to the airport. On top of that, the price was very affordable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It’s a great choice for a budget-friendly and convenient stay.” 不满意之处： Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations for the price.
