“The customer service is exceptional. The owner and the housekeeping manager were incredibly nice, even after I was upset due to noise outside early in the morning (happened only once). Never judged me. Always. Kind. Understanding. I appreciated their smiles. The place is very clean, organized and frankly a very good value for what you get. The neighborhood is also cool; it feels like real Busan (not overly touristy).” Disliked: The internet from my room didn't always work, but the manager tried to help. It works well in the common areas.
