엠지스테이 서면 Mzstay Modern Hotel in Seomyeon

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. For a hotel with remote reception staff, the staff is extremely responsive and they could provide help very quickly. The room was also very modern with modern bathroom and floor heating. It also had a pantry, although we didn't use it. The room was very, very clean too.” 不满意之处： Might be better if they had clearer instructions for the heater. There were English instructions but not very understandable, I had to google to really understand how the heater works...

“Perfect room, nearly every thing in its pristine condition, quite comfortable staying here.” 不满意之处： The Air Conditioner''s remote control is written in Korean which makes it a bit difficult to use. Other than that, everything was perfect !

“Very central location, really nice modern studio, very clean and spacious, good natural light, functional kitchen. Right next to subway station, across from the traditional market and very convenient to restaurants. Really great value, I would recommend staying here.” 不满意之处： Fairly responsive online but otherwise, no in-person reception and very self- reliant. Not sure if there was cleaning included? Very high tech and a bit tricky to figure out the heating. Bidet didn't seem to work. If you don't expect a hotel experience, it's great value.

“Location and spacious” 不满意之处： It was dirty, microwave hadn’t been cleaned, there was long black hair all through the apartment and on the bed,, want sure we had clean sheets

“Location, facilities, service” 不满意之处： Bed was not comfortable, but they took care of it on third day. There was an false alarm of fire, and it scared me, and shortened my sleep

“Very near to Seomyeon subway station exit, plus point is that there's an elevator so convenience for those bringing big luggage/baggage, can even do a lot of shopping in the underground shopping area. Complete kitchen appliances, spacious fridge, microwave, washing machine, toilet with bidet, really a winning point for this place. There's an e-mart 24 hrs convenience store at the ground floor, easy to get something to eat/drink. Bujeon Market is just a short walk from this place, great place to experience local market scene & foods was good & affordable too (Bujeon tteokgalbi is to die for despite the long queue, but worth every penny).” 不满意之处： Almost everything is good except just a recommendation if it's possible to provide broom/cleaning material for guests to sweep/clean the floor/kitchen. Some guests will appreciate it as we like to keep our room tidy and clean.

“The location is execellent and very near Semoyeon metro station. The room is spacious and has all mod cons. The TV has multiple channels.” 不满意之处： It was my problem as I don't speak Korean, but I had to use translation to work out the hot water. Also, the Wifi took some working out, but once I messaged through Booking.com to the owners, who quickly replied, I sorted the Wifi out through the TV. It might be a good idea for the owner to make a little booklet for guests to save us bothering them.

“The location, facility,” 不满意之处： The bed

“It is very good value. Situation is very convenient if you want to use the subway. You get a big room with the possibility if cooking. It was very clean.” 不满意之处： Communication was a bit sketchy with the need to ask for most basic information. All replies were in Korean. Note that the washing machine is just that (my fault for not clocking it) : it does not dry which is a bit of a shame.

“The location was very convenient to transportation. Access was easy into the building and into the room. Everything I needed was available and was in working order.” 不满意之处： It would have been nice to have a proper desk.
