“I like that it’s location is very central and there are a lot of convenience stores nearby.” Disliked: The room size is not as advertised. It was a struggle to open 2 luggages at the same time. Too much space was given to the bathroom.

“The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. When a problem with my safe deposit box appeared, they provided for the replacement in due time.” Disliked: The gym has no toilet (there's none in that floor) and one needs to go to the 2nd floor, next to restaurant/breakfast area.

“Nice, spacious room, very comfortable for a family of four with 5 and 7-year-old kids. Huge windows, very bright, nice view. Great location a few minutes from BEXCO, lots of restaurants etc around and Centum City mall just a few min walk away.” Disliked: The elevators can be a bit slow, but no other complaints, we were very satisfied.
