“I like that it’s location is very central and there are a lot of convenience stores nearby.” 不满意之处： The room size is not as advertised. It was a struggle to open 2 luggages at the same time. Too much space was given to the bathroom.

“The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. When a problem with my safe deposit box appeared, they provided for the replacement in due time.” 不满意之处： The gym has no toilet (there's none in that floor) and one needs to go to the 2nd floor, next to restaurant/breakfast area.

“Nice, spacious room, very comfortable for a family of four with 5 and 7-year-old kids. Huge windows, very bright, nice view. Great location a few minutes from BEXCO, lots of restaurants etc around and Centum City mall just a few min walk away.” 不满意之处： The elevators can be a bit slow, but no other complaints, we were very satisfied.
