“Great location. Close to everything including transport, food, and amenities. Far enough to not be noisey, heated floors were a nice touch, but not really required. Could o my turn off if we tur Ed off the hot water system.” Disliked: The lifts can take a while. It is a shared service between several businesses. Our room had a slightly odd layout and no chairs or tables. But it did include a kichentte and enclosed balcony. Staff were okay but some of the bedding and towels were missing. Sorted by staff but they did want extra $ for pillows and blanket (this was sorted afterwards for $0)

“Location” Disliked: Furniture is a litle outdated. The Reception is at 5th floor so it is confusing. Quite dark in the bathroom. I am not sure about, but something bited us (mosquitos or bedbugs)

“It was like a luxury hotel apartment with lots of space for things like yoga abd exercise, and a nice kitchen and dinning area with utilities, a nice bathroom and bedroom. A nice location, peaceful.” Disliked: The front desk closing at 11 p.m. was a bit nerv wracking. Although there is a kiosk to get your key if you check in late. It's always nice to know there is someone around to help and assist you at any time if you need help or to use the free parking.

“Great location, near the Haeunae Metro (exit 7). A walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable. Shower water hot, bathroom is roomy. The place is clean and the housemaids do a good job.” Disliked: Elevators are the biggest problem. Sometimes a 10 minute wait. There are 4 to service 42 floors and the bottom 6 floors are retail shops with lots of shopper usage. Make peace with yourself about this issue. Our bathroom had No shower curtain. This was not by design as there was a curtain rod with rings Weirdly there is Lots or space for closets and drawers but none. Faux cabinets if you will. No washer-our unit was supposed to have a washer but it did not. They did offer to move us to a unit that did have one but by then, we were settled in. Even though the unit had a microwave, refrigerator and even a hot plate for cooking, there were No utensils

“great views, and an amazing property with high-tech facilities. Good staff and cleanliness. Awesome location. Good value for money.” Disliked: no full mirror and the lift was a bit of a pain as we were on the 39th floor.

“-Because these rooms are suites, you can have a lot of space to move around and relax -Very convenient to have your own kitchen, with a large fridge for groceries. Our room also had a washing machine (with detergent included) and a drying rack on the balcony -There are so many options for food and drink, both inside the building and on the main street -Great ocean view” Disliked: -The hallways to the suites sometimes look a bit rundown, but the suites themselves are fine -Because there are so many floors the elevators can be very slow, set aside a few extra minutes if you need to leave on time

“The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking meals. The cleaning service was excellent, with the room being cleaned every other day. The location is a major highlight. It's just a 100-meter walk to a beautiful beach. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, so you have plenty of breakfast, lunch & dinner options. The elevators are fast, and the hotel is very well-connected. The subway line is close by, and there are bus stops directly in front of the building, which is very convenient for getting around. A 7/11 convenience store is located right on the first floor. There is a convenient laundry facility not far away from the hotel, which is very helpful for longer stays.” Disliked: No notable complaints were observed during the stay.

“Location was excellent! Right next to subway station. Lots of eateries and convenience stores on first floor. The room itself is practical, functional, and clean. Love the washer and clothes rack. The room is spacious and bathroom is large. Appreciate the kitchen as well.” Disliked: Lobby is basic. Staff members ok, not outstanding. Rooms varied on amenities. I booked two rooms. One room had a sponge thing to clean the dishes. The other room did not. One room had Kleenex, the other did not. Just some minor inconsistencies. The elevators are not practical. Slow and annoying as one elevator only goes to the high floors starting from 18 onwards. We had one room on 16th and other on 18th floor. If I took the high floor elevators, it would skip 16th floor.

“Excellent location and very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable.” Disliked: The aircon couldn't sweep left to right and had to be manually moved. Also it kept making a clacking sound and was very loud. No amenities such as slippers or toothbrushes were provided.
