“The location” Disliked: The staff at the reception. They confused my room the day I checked in...I opened the door and there were already two guests in that room. Another day they called me...to check out. I had two more days booked. They are really lost.

“Good room layout, nice views, right on the metro station, plenty of restaurants and cafes around.” Disliked: Nice property but the elevator system doesn’t cope well with the high occupancy rate of the building. It may take up to 7-8 min to catch an empty lift.

“Very spacious and comfortable. Great location near to metro and beach. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area. Plenty of options for eating and drinking in Haeundae. Loved the washing machine.” Disliked: Beach views were limited. Elevators could be a bit slow at peak times.
