“It’s affordable and spacious” Disliked: The gym is small,there was no tea spoon for tea and the breakfast was very limited

“Good location, great view from the room, good value for money” Disliked: There are only 3 elevators for 34 floors, in the morning it's very difficult to get into one A/C wasn't working in my room, it was very hot, and cleaning lady closed the window

“Clean and Comfortable twin room with great views of the water. Bathroom facilities are great. Easy walking distance to a variety of tourist spots. Little convenience store next door is wonderful for drinks, snacks, light breakfast etc. View from rooftop is amazing.” Disliked: This hotel can be slightly confusing as the building has two hotels- Northern Hotel and ADELA Hotel . The lifts can be very crowded and busy particularly on a weekend.

“The staff is very friendly and willing to help. My room was nice and had a view exactly as it was on the pictures, I really enjoyed the view” Disliked: It’s easily to notice that the hotel was renamed multiple times - it created certain discomfort, when you see multiple logos everywhere. Also some things pretty old and need some small repairs. The toughest part was the elevators which go only to even and odd floors each - which obviously creates lines. Aircon doesn’t work in winter (but I could open the window), in summer - heater is not available. Also the windows are not fully adjusted, so the wind makes a lot of noise in upper floor

“Very good location... just at end of bridge crossing to Lotte Mall, Gwangbok-ro and nearby BIFF Square, Jagalchi market, Busan Tower and Yongdusan Park. Nice view too of Busan from Penthouse park and resto.” Disliked: Hotel seems old, carpet not very clean and bathroom is tight

“Great location and the view out the harbor was really nice. Bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Nice and reasonably priced breakfast buffet with a view.” Disliked: Central heating was too hot during winter, can’t adjust the temperature, luckily there’s a window that opens but still not enough. Facilities is a bit old and elevators are quite slow

“Great location, beautiful views, good value for money, convenience store and laundry on site, friendly staff” Disliked: Elevators slow and very busy at check out time but no problem at other times

“Great location, good room and bathroom sizes and helpful staff! Free clothes washing and drying facilities which is very helpful for travellers!” Disliked: The hotel only has three lifts and depending on which floor you were on, you could only use. During peak hours, the lifts were extremely busy and it took a long time to use the lifts. The rooms that faced the afternoon sun got very hot, and because the hotel only has central AC, you cannot cool the room down.

“One of the best views in Busan from the top level restaurant. Location is good at entry of Yeongdo Island with Lotte department store in walking distance and a legendary pojiangmacha nearby.” Disliked: Lifts are slow and long waiting times when it’s busy.
