“- great location: beautifull view for harbour, close to public transport and Busan train station - delicious breakfast with multiple options - gym (small but there is)” Disliked: - terrible elevator system, you lost 15min to wait for elevator and i'm pretty sure that will be crowded and you have to wait for another and another and another

“We had an absolutely amazing sea view from the bathroom! We could store our luggage with them on the day of arrival and departure which we hugely appreciated. Bed was very comfortable.” Disliked: The elevators take forever - plan for an extra 5’ if you’re under time pressure…

“Amazing views from the rooms. The defining feature of this hotel.” Disliked: Poor breakfast in a dingy room. Avoid!! Much better breakfast on the top floor at the Adela Hotel in the same building. Italian Restaurant in the Adela Hotel on the top floor was very good with amazing views.

“The view is what makes this hotel worth it.” Disliked: The fact that they will disturb you even when the "don't disturb" button is on, there was trash under the bed from previous guests, and you can't adjust the room temperature.

“The room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception during the day.” Disliked: On the downside, the elevators were always very crowded. For such a big hotel, having only two elevators results in long waiting times – I even ended up using the emergency stairs a few times because the wait became unreasonably long. Another negative point is the gym: one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a gym, but it turned out to be very small, overcrowded during peak hours, and had limited opening times. The gym area also wasn’t cleaned daily (I noticed an empty bottle on the window shelf for three days).

“Had an amazing view from the room of the harbour. The beds were comfortable. The plugs and charging points were great. Water and towels left outside door. You could open the window to let air in which was great. The convenience store downstairs was handy. Great location.” Disliked: The coffee bags were awful! Very weak. Some better coffee or a pod machine would be nice.

“I liked how the room description on the website exceeded my expectations from the photos. The bathroom wasn't featured as one of the images but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was high quality as well.” Disliked: I didn't enjoy waiting for the elevator as one time it took up to 10 minutes just to get down to the lobby floor. Additionally, the dryer took a very long time to completely dry the clothes.
