“The location was convenient.” Disliked: The hallway was often noisy. We booked a 3 people room, but the bathroom door is a bit transparent so it’s lacking privacy.

“I really liked the ease of access and price point. The staff was friendly and the rooms were also very nicely designed.” Disliked: There was no way to control the climate in the room and it was pretty cold. Also the bed was like a wooden board.

“It's a basic business hotel. Safe, convenient and comfortable enough for a few nights. Relatively affordable for Busan, also it's within walking distance to a small grocery store and subway station.” Disliked: There were some hiccups during our stay and not all staff speaks English. First we had to sort out the fee we had already paid, because the receptionist claimed we need to pay more but this was then settled. Cleaning is inconsistent. Some days our room was cleaned, some days it wasn't, without a pattern. Also there are no real bath towels, just single-use fibre ones.

“The hotel is decent, the design of the rooms is nice, they have a laundry room for guests to use free, there is a restaurant on site, my room had a great big bathtub which was nice. On the flip side, the first room the checked me into was not cleaned properly and the room I ended up in had no heat control, the bathroom sink couldn't be used as it leaked, a lot, and the mattress is covered in plastic which is a little uncomfortable and makes the sheets not want to stay on the bed.”

“Great standard of the room with big space and bathroom. Convenient location - nearby the metro station and loads of food options nearby.” Disliked: The walls are very thin so you can hear everything on the hall and outside. We had quite some noise from other hotel guests so that wasn’t great for good night sleep.

“The people were friendly. The room got cleaned regularly. Air condition, a big tv, as well as a small fridge, slippers and shampoo, coniditioner, body cleanser were there. The system to switch on/off lights was nice and easy to handle. Further muliple towels were givek by the hotel and changed every day. I never heard any loud noises from neighboors too. It seemed like the walls were thick enough.” Disliked: The toilet, in the same room as the shiwer was facing against a wall. Especially for tall people it can get uncomfortable. The tap ober the sink was not centered and the distantce between the tap and the sink seemed a bit too little. It was not really nice to wash your hands etc. The bed was quite hard. The matress was not comfortable in my opinion.
