“The location” 不满意之处： The staff at the reception. They confused my room the day I checked in...I opened the door and there were already two guests in that room.
Another day they called me...to check out. I had two more days booked.
They are really lost.

“The property was very close to train station”

“Good room layout, nice views, right on the metro station, plenty of restaurants and cafes around.” 不满意之处： Nice property but the elevator system doesn’t cope well with the high occupancy rate of the building. It may take up to 7-8 min to catch an empty lift.

“Big room and perfect location” 不满意之处： The smell in the room
MettaThailand ·
“Very spacious and comfortable. Great location near to metro and beach. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area. Plenty of options for eating and drinking in Haeundae. Loved the washing machine.” 不满意之处： Beach views were limited. Elevators could be a bit slow at peak times.

“Fabulous location. Right at the most popular pick up points for tours. Buses and metro as well as the beach and a colourful host of restaurants.” 不满意之处： Need better coffee

“the space was VERY big, would say it’s like an apartment rather than a hotel room”

“Excellent location with just a few meters to the Haeundae beach and vibrant scenery of the main street. Check-in and Check out were done over text messages. Very easy. Accommodation was excellent, spacious, and with a view.”

“Great location. Close to everything including transport, food, and amenities. Far enough to not be noisey, heated floors were a nice touch, but not really required. Could o my turn off if we tur Ed off the hot water system.”
